Hello everyone! I have 6 lambs to sell this year.

100% grassfed on a diverse diet of grass, forbs, brush, trees, & a prairie planting; fresh paddocks almost daily

I am selling these lambs whole. If you would like a smaller amount please let me know, I can match you up with others who want to split one.

Order before 11/6 to custom order the cuts you prefer, bone in/out, thickness of chops, etc!

You pay me $5.50/lb hanging weight, and pay the butcher $150 for processing.

Hanging weights on these 6 lambs are: 59, 61, 61, 61, 70, 73. Meat yield is typically 50-70% of hanging weight.

So: one of the 61# lambs would cost $335 + $150 = $485, and should yield 30-43# of meat, which ends up being $11-16 per pound.

These lambs were slaughtered on 10/31/24, are currently hanging, and will be cut to your specifications on 11/6, and available to pick up at Nordik Meats in Viroqua, 2 hours west of Madison.
